After many years of birders being denied access to the shoreline at Kitts Hummock,
Kent Co., DE, it has now been reopened. The road from DAFB east to Kitts Hummock
(which passes the entrance road to the well-known Ted Harvey Conservation Area),
deadends just after the stop sign in Kitts Hummock. Park here at the intersection
and access is straight ahead onto the beach. Take your scope. (from Colin Campbell)
