Positions and Achievements

I'm an Associate Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Temple University. When I'm not teaching and doing neuroscience research, I'm typically out birding. I got into birding and bird photography about 4 years ago. My favorite local spot is John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge, where I go several times a month. I also travel for work and vacation and so have had the opportunity to go birding in several locations in the US (e.g., California and Florida) and internationally (e.g. Greece and Indonesia). As a novice birder, I'm always excited to learn more.
