I got started early at age 6 and always pay attention to the
birds around me. Birding is my favorite hobby because it has always
been there for me even if I neglect it for 6 months or a year. It is
a hobby I find myself focused on during traveling but not so much when
home. My life list is about 630 birds with a good chunk coming from
one South Africa Trip and a 2nd to Ecuador. The rest are mostly from
traveling around North America. I want to get more involved locally
in Philadelphia. I am excited for spring migration and want to bird
locally in Fairmount park, lemon hill, and the greater region (Heinz,
FDR, Ridley creek). Thank you.
