Since the founding of our club in 1890, the first meeting of every year has been the “Members’ Meeting.” The meeting will feature the Annual Election of Officers and Council members, election of Fellows and Honorary Members, reports by the Treasurer, and other matters of interest.

Long-time DVOC member Bert Filemyr will present a brief overview of the founding of the DVOC in 1890, membership requirements, meeting locations, and early meeting agendas. Bert Filemyr joined the DVOC in 1995 and has served in many leadership positions since then. He is an Honorary Member and the recipient of the DEVOC Award. Bert is an active field birder both locally and around North America.

Use the Potluck Signup  to indicate what you are bringing and to let us know how many are attending.  Indicate if you can help with setup or cleanup by placing an “X” in the appropriate column. Also, bring any alcoholic beverages you may wish to consume (and share).  We will provide plates, utensils, cups, ice, soft drinks, and various entrees.

Feel free to stop by anytime after 6pm as we get set up. By 6:30PM, the potluck will begin.  The formal meeting will start at 7:30 PM. Following the meeting, we will continue to enjoy food and beverages.
