Birders gather at the Observation Tower to count birds for conservation all day. The average tally is nearly 70 species of migratory and resident birds sustained by myriad habitats at the expensive refuge. Join us anytime from 6am to sunset. We’ll have good friends, great birds, and plenty of chairs. Bring your binos. Snacks are welcome (alcohol is not permitted on the refuge)
