The Schuylkill Center is a great 365-acre birding spot in the Roxburgh area of Philadelphia, with meadows, woodland, ponds and streams. The E-bird checklist shows 162 species. This hike round the SCEE is about 2.6 miles and takes about 2 hours. The terrain is mostly well-maintained woodland paths with a few steep descents and ascents.
