This monthly field trip will explore the impoundments on the Philadelphia side of the refuge. We will bird the loop and see what species are around each month. We will also look for butterflies along the walk. August is a good time to find migrating shorebirds and early passerine migrants. The Bald Eagles should also be putting on a show.
