Please join us for a bird walk at one of Philly’s most underrated birding locations. While it is still early in spring migration we should see some warblers, thrushes and vireos.
The gate to the parking lot on Verree Road might not be open yet, but it is safe to park along the road. Please use the GPS coordinates below as a guide.
The trip will be a mix of walking along the creek on the paved trail and on rugged hiking trails between Verree and Krewstown Roads.
Pennypack Park – Verree Road Parking Area (40.085197, -75.06179)
