Where: Meet at the steps to the Upper Roxborough Reservoir at Port Royal Avenue and Lare Streets.

Description: Though well-known for the large numbers of toads that migrate to the reservoir each spring to mate, the Preserve also hosts a wide variety of migratory and breeding birds. We will walk the perimeter of the reservoir and meadow, and possibly explore the dike that crosses between them, to seek out warblers, cuckoos, orioles, vireos and more.
