I have been birding for about 6 years now. I got started over the pandemic when I was looking for things to do outside my home while social distancing. The great thing about birding is that you can do it anywhere, although I like to go to Heinz, Pennypack, etc. I try to go to Cape May at least once a year to bird as well. My favorite kinds of birds are birds of prey and woodpeckers.
