I am an ESL teacher in the Philadelphia School District. I became
interested in birding as a child after going on walks with my uncle,
an avid birder. I have birded with him at Tinicum, and at Fort
Washington State Park, which is near where I grew up. I have not
dedicated the time needed to be a knowledgeable birder, but I look
forward to improving my skills and spending time outdoors with other
birders.
