I have had active bird feeders in my yard for 20
plus years. I made the jump from feeder to birder in July of 2023. I joined Audubon and went on a walk with Valley Forge Audubon. They taught me the basics and turned me onto eBird and Merlin Bird ID. I\'ve been birding solo ever since. In this past year, I have gone birding throughout the local Philly area and a limited amount in south
Florida. My career has been as a music educator, and now listening to birds brings me so much joy!
