Positions and Achievements
I have been birding for almost 40 years starting from actively involving the first college birding club in Taiwan in 1979. Worked as a research assistance to study two endangerous species of pheasants in a Taiwanese national park in 1986 and further finished a master degree in researching ring-necked pheasant nesting habitat near Glacial National Park in Montana. Due to changing my major in doctoral degree, bird watching becomes a hobby instead of a profession. Now I am a leisure bird watcher, just enjoying being in nature and trying to learn more about everything in nature.
