I\'ve been an avid birder for over 30 years now. I got started by going on field trips with NJ Audubon (Lorrimmer Sanctuary) and with the Fyke Nature Association. My favorite place and local \'patch\' is the Celery Farm Natural Area in Allendale Bergen Co). I\'ve kept records here since 1998 and bird there before work almost every day. I do most of my weekend birding in Monmouth Co, with my wife Lisa. I\'ve traveled for birding trips to many states including TX, CA, FL, AZ, NM, and NC as well as outside the US to Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Belize, and Ecuador.
