Pennypack on the Delaware is uniquely positioned along the river providing crucial habitat for migrants and the odd rarity. The flats at the confluence of Pennypack Creek and the Delaware frequently host gulls and shorebirds (low tide will be at 9.30). The park also hosts Philadelphia’s most viewable Bald Eagle nest. Dress for weather.

Moore, Chestnut Hill, Eastwick, Falls of Schuylkill, Fishtown, Fox Chase, Greater Olney, Independence Library, Logan, Lovett Memorial, Northeast Regional, Oak Lane, Parkway Central, Richmond, South Philly, Torresdale, West Philadelphia Regional, and Widener.
