During the upcoming April 16 DVOC meeting, we will present the 2025 Bob Billings Big Year Award to Christian Scheibe, with members of Bob Billings’ family in attendance. Christian will be presented with the award check and plaque, and will give us a brief talk about his big year effort. Christian saw 280 species of birds in the DVOC program area in 2025, including one species new to the count.
