The Witmer Stone Award Committee seeks nominees for its annual award, given to one or more members “for the best publication which embodies the results of ornithological research not undertaken in the course of professional duties.” Please note that past winners have authored books, articles, on-line columns, checklists, area birding guides, and even interpretive signs.
