Passing of Patrick McGovern
We are deeply saddened by the passing, on August 24, of Patrick McGovern, husband of long-time DVOC member Doris McGovern, after a battle with cancer. Write for the Birds
Join fellow DVOC members on Wednesday, July 23, 7-9 pm at the Discovery Center, 3401 Reservoir Drive, Philadelphia to advocate for legislation at local, state and national levels that impacts birds.
