It is with sadness that we report the passing of DVOC Member Emmerson Bowes on Sunday September 15, 2019.
Emmerson joined the DVOC in 1962 and was a life member and fellow.
Emmerson was responsible for creating the DVOC presence on the web and was the DVOC webmaster for many years.
